刘锴,清华大学材料学院长聘副教授,博士生导师。在清华大学物理系获博士学位,先后在清华大学和劳伦斯-伯克利国家实验室从事博士后研究。曾入选海外高层次青年人才计划。近年来致力于二维原子晶体、碳纳米管等低维材料的界面工程和智能器件应用研究。至今在Science、Nature Electronics、Nature Communications、Science Advances等期刊上共发表学术论文130余篇,授权美国和中国发明专利50余项。获中国材料研究学会科学技术奖一等奖两项、国际材料研究学会联盟前沿材料青年科学家奖、全国百篇优秀博士学位论文等奖励。担任中国材料研究学会青年工作委员会理事,《宇航材料工艺》编委,Nano Research、Rare Metals、SmartMat、Chinese Physics Letters等期刊青年编委。在国内外重要学术会议上做邀请报告40余次。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prof. Kai Liu is a tenured Associate Professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Tsinghua University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Physics from Tsinghua University and subsequently conducted postdoctoral research at Tsinghua University and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. In recent years, he has been devoted to the research on interface engineering of two-dimensional atomic crystals, carbon nanotubes, and other nanomaterials, as well as their applications in intelligent devices. He has published more than 130 academic papers in journals such as Science, Nature Electronics, Nature Communications, and Science Advances, and has been granted more than 50 invention patents. His awards include the First Prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Materials Research Society, the Young Scientist Award from the International Union of Materials Research Societies, and the National Excellent Ph.D. Thesis Award. He serves as a council member of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Materials Research Society and a young editorial board member of journals including Nano Research, Rare Metals, SmartMat, and Chinese Physics Letters. He has been invited to present more than 40 talks at important academic conferences both domestically and internationally. |
