个人简介

张达,现任清华大学能源环境经济研究所副教授、博士生导师,兼任清华碳中和研究院气候治理与碳金融中心主任助理、清华三峡气候与低碳中心副主任、清华四川院碳中和信息管理技术研究所所长。获得国家海外高层次青年人才资助。目前主持多项受国家发改委、科技部、财政部、生态环境部、国资委、国家能源局等部委,以及世界银行、国际能源署等国际机构委托的咨询项目。以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature、Cell、Lancet子刊等重要期刊发表多篇论文。


Zhang Da is currently an associate professor and PhD supervisor at the Institute of Energy, Environment and Economy, Tsinghua University. He also serves as the assistant director of the Climate Governance and Carbon Finance Center, Tsinghua University Carbon Neutrality Research Institute, the deputy director of the Tsinghua-CTG Joint Center for Climate Governance and Low-carbon Transformation, and the director of the Carbon Neutrality Information Management Technology Research Institute, Tsinghua University Sichuan Institute. He was awarded national support for high-level young overseas talents. He is currently leading multiple consulting projects commissioned by ministries and commissions such as the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, National Energy Administration, as well as international organizations such as the World Bank and the International Energy Agency. He has published many papers as first author or corresponding author in important journals such as Nature, Cell, The Lancet journals.
